PAYMENTS: 

There are multiple ways of making payments that you will see when you register. The 2 most common methods are these:

• ACH: Use your bank account with no extra charges

• Credit Card: The convenience fee will be added at checkout & is determined by the type of card used. This goes to the credit card processing entity, NOT MCT.

  
  

• All online payments forms are secure.

Auto-billing is enabled.

     * $483 based on double occupancy

     * NON-REFUNDABLE: $250 + Shared costs + non-refundable deposits

PAYMENT 3 (called payment 2 in WeTravel):  THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22

     * $483 based on double occupancy

     * NON-REFUNDABLE: $250 + Shared costs + non-refundable deposits

FINAL PAYMENT:  TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1

     * Account balance

     * 100% NON-REFUNDABLE

Price shown is PER PERSON per room. (example: all 4 people in a quad room must each pay the price for a quad room)

This is a service provided through the WeTravel portal, and all payments go directly to Trawick. Since we are not insurance agents, we are not able to answer questions about coverage.

You have access to coverage documents BEFORE purchase, and you have the 14-day Free to Read option noted below.

OVERVIEW:

• Coverage is with Trawick International.

• Purchase is at time of booking..

  • Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) is ONLY available if purchased within 14 days of booking for domestic travel.

  • The main coverage can be purchased later and up to 2 days prior to travel (remember--that does not include CFAR if past 14 days from booking); payment is made at the time the travel protection is added to your booking.

• During the registration process, there is a section for INSURANCE. Put in the details requested, and the premium for your age, state, cost/length of travel will be added.

KEY FEATURES for DOMESTIC COVERAGE:

• NO pre-existing condition waiver

• Trip Cancellation & Trip Interruption:  100% of Trip Cost for covered reasons

• OPTIONAL (with additional cost) Cancel For Any Reason Benefits for 75% of Trip Cost

  • The MAIN CONSIDERATION for purchasing this coverage is cancellation protection for an individual prior to departure.  

• Trip Delay: (12 hours) $300 Maximum ($100 per day)

• Missed Connection: (12 hours) $250

• Baggage & Personal Effects: $500 Maximum ($100/article)

• Baggage Delay: (24 hours) $200 Maximum ($50 per day)

• NO Medical Benefits (for domestic travel)

• There are links in the INSURANCE portion of registration that take you to the coverage document so you can see it immediately, even before purchase

• You have a 14-day "Free to read" grace period after purchase. Policy can be canceled during that time with full refund.

• IF travel is canceled by group leader/MCT after booking and before the second payment, the premium will be refunded as stated in MCT Terms & Conditions.

Some of the features that cover issues while traveling are also covered in the ON-TRIP coverage purchased by MCT on behalf of all travelers.

The ON-TRIP coverage that MCT purchases on behalf of all travelers begins at purchased departure and ends when group arrives home.

Individual Cancellations

• ·Prior to the second payment due date (named 1st Payment in WeTravel)

  • All payments are refundable minus payments to a supplier on your behalf that are non-refundable

• Second payment due date (named 1st Payment in WeTravel) to Final payment due date

  • The entire per-person deposit is non-refundable

  • Shared costs are non-refundable so that remaining travelers are not penalized by an individual’s cancellation

  • Any payments to suppliers on your behalf that are non-refundable to MCT are non-refundable to the individual

• After Final payment

  • All payments are non-refundable
